Dear Maintainer,
Yelp seems to have problems with searching, if searching from the
"All Help Documents" overview it fails with:

Unknown Error
The URI ‘xref:search=foo’ could not be parsed.

If searching from a subsection for an application it seems to work
as expected.

I confirm, this behavior still happens with 3.12.0-1.
