You cant have local folders without setting and account.

It does not let you create a fake account either, because it checks the servers
exists before alowing you to create one. So you just have to make up a valid
server anyway just so you can have local folders

Whats the point of having this limitation?

I could not find the bug tracker upstream either, so I just report it here :)
