I orphan this package now. Maintaining a package requires time and skills. Please only adopt this package if you are *sure* you will have enough time and attention to work on it. If you want to be the new maintainer, please see http://www.debian.org/devel/wnpp/index.html#howto-o for detailed instructions how to adopt a package properly.
retitle 661461 ITA: unadf -- Extract files from an Amiga Disk File dump (.adf) owner 661461 ! thanks Hi, as a long-time Amiga user and fan, I'd be happy to adopt this package. There is a new upstream version available as well as a new fork of uae in NEW called fs-uae which I have packaged. There are also fruitful efforts to bring Debian back to m68k, so unadf might get handy soon. Will also take a look at xdms. Cheers, Adrian
retitle 661461 O: unadf -- Extract files from an Amiga Disk File dump (.adf) noowner 661461 tag 661461 - pending thanks Hi, A long time ago, you expressed interest in adopting unadf. Unfortunately, it seems that it did not happen. In Debian, we try not to keep ITA bugs open for a too long time, as it might cause other prospective maintainers to refrain from adopting the package. This is an automatic email to change the status of unadf back from ITA (Intent to Adopt) to O (Orphaned), as this bug hasn't seen any activity during the last 12 months. If you are still interested in adopting unadf, please send a mail to <control@bugs.debian.org> with: retitle 661461 ITA: unadf -- Extract files from an Amiga Disk File dump (.adf) owner 661461 ! thanks It is also a good idea to document your progress on this ITA from time to time, by mailing <661461@bugs.debian.org>. If you need guidance on how to adopt this package, please reply to this email, and/or contact the debian-mentors@lists.debian.org mailing list. Thank you for your interest in Debian,
Hello! I would like to adopt this package. There is a new upstream available and the repository has been moved to Github with some recent activity [1]. Adrian
Hi, [John Paul Adrian Glaubitz 2020-05-10] What came out of this intent? I just migrated the package to a git repository on <URL: https://salsa.debian.org/debian/unadf >.
I started working on this, but I got stuck because of the fact that the upstream package is actually not just unadf but a whole library that might need different treatment. Adrian
[John Paul Adrian Glaubitz] Aha. I hope you can use the git repo I created as a base. :)
I saw the ITA, and please refer to the forwarded github issue. Best Alex
