Okay, I see xscreensaver-demo and xscreensaver itself have different
ideas on precision of some options, so 0:00:20 becomes 0:00:00 in
xscreensaver-demo. Anyway. If user hasn't explicitly changed any of the
options, the must not be overriden, rounded, or somehow else changed.

And *this* is clearly a bug.

Also, it'd be good to have ability to edit time-related options with
the same precision as they're specified in the configuration file.

Believe it or not, it used to do that, but the Gnome UI team decided "people should not be allowed to edit seconds in the UI".  I didn't feel like arguing with them any more so I caved.  (This was back when xscreensaver-demo was still the Gnome-official screen saver interface.)

Anyway, it's hard to fix so I'm not going to. Sorry.
