Hi, For some reason, pm-utils enables wake on LAN on my system by default. I don't think that's a good default -- if you need wake on LAN, you can enable it yourself. Otherwise you're just wasting power. Most people don't need wake on LAN. Although it's great that pm-utils disables wake on LAN when running on battery power, it should not assume that a user wants wake on LAN enabled just because the system is running on AC power. The problem lies in /usr/lib/pm-utils/power.d/disable_wol.
