Looks like a regression. I've just installed an update with 4.8.1 and noticed
that Tahoma font is rendered incorrectly, see attach and look at "Opera" and
"Boinc" icons. It was ok in 4.7.4.

GTK apps render this font correctly. Firefox as an example.
