When displaying bugs, reportbug truncates the text to the number of
columns (- 1) of the terminal window. However if the user resizes
the window so that the number of columns changes, reportbug still
truncates new text (e.g. when displaying the result of a search
with "f") at the same number of columns, instead of taking into
account the new window size.
