I review the SPAM on lists.debian.org once in a while and I noticed that
if I mark a message as SPAM and go back to the list of messages to
review the same messages show up.

I go to
https://lists.debian.org/cgi-bin/review/review1.pl
click on a list that has only one or two messages that need to be
reviewed. At that point review2.pl shows the message. I mark the message
as SPAM and click Send.
Then review3.pl shows me for example
https://lists.debian.org/debian-mentors/2011/06/msg00221.html rated as Spam
but if I click
  continue: rate debian-mentors
I end up on the page that shows the same message.

It's not the browser cache but the funny thing is that it works as
expected in Iceweasel while failing in Chromium.

This is the request that Chromium (20.0.1132.41~r143299-1) sends
(authorisation header mangled):

GET /cgi-bin/review/review3.pl?debian-security%2F2006%2F09%2Fmsg00045.html=Unsure&Send=Send HTTP/1.1
Host: lists.debian.org
Connection: keep-alive
Authorization: Basic ==HIDDEN==
User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux i686 (x86_64)) AppleWebKit/536.11 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/20.0.1132.41 Safari/536.11
Accept: text/html,application/xhtml+xml,application/xml;q=0.9,*/*;q=0.8

Accept-Language: en-GB,en;q=0.8,en-US;q=0.6,nl;q=0.4
Accept-Charset: ISO-8859-15,utf-8;q=0.7,*;q=0.3

This are the Chromium response headers:

HTTP/1.1 200 OK

Server: Apache
Strict-Transport-Security: max-age=604800

Content-Encoding: gzip
Content-Length: 2011
Keep-Alive: timeout=15, max=98
Connection: Keep-Alive
Content-Type: text/html; charset=ISO-8859-1

This is the request that Iceweasel (10.0.5esr-1) sends:

GET https://lists.debian.org/cgi-bin/review/review3.pl?debian-security%2F2006%2F09%2Fmsg00045.html=Unsure&Send=Send
Host: lists.debian.org
User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux i686 on x86_64; rv:10.0.5) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/10.0.5 Iceweasel/10.0.5

Accept-Encoding: gzip, deflate
Connection: keep-alive
Referer: https://lists.debian.org/cgi-bin/review/review2.pl?debian-security

And the corresponding response headers:

Strict-Transport-Security: max-age=604800
Vary: Accept-Encoding
Content-Encoding: gzip

Content-Type: text/html; charset=ISO-8859-1

Hi,

and reproduce this. As I always deny to cache things in that system, I
have no idea what is going on.
