Damn, I did the change because of complaints from lintian (which really
needs to gain the kind of checks above). It was completely stupid from
me this we splitted -helpers exactly because of that. I'll revert the
change, thanks for the report.

After a bit of discussion on #multiarch it seems that things are not
that easy, so I'll refrain myself from uploading for now, until things
have settled a bit.

This binary package was dropped in 4.15.2-1.
