Files like ``Something.Mp3'' or ``MICROS~1.TXT'' are not colored. People using
case-insensitive file systems (like on windows and osx) are not necessarily
careful to use only lowercase letters in filenames.

This is customisable.

Corresponding setting 'extensions_case=false' may be found in

    ~/.config/mc/filehighlight.ini

If you insist I can ask upstream to make this a default setting but I know
they are flustered with more important issues...
