When viewing logfiles with "less", the G key always took me to the last line of the
file being viewed. In lv, it takes me to the last line of the buffer and I have to
hit "R" before "G" when I want to have lv emulate a tail -f, which is not very
useful - going to a line should always take you to the line in the file, not the
buffer.

TIA.
