The Choqok package does not include any language pack/locale files
(.mo files).
For instance, the i386 contents:
http://packages.debian.org/sid/i386/choqok/filelist and the language
files are not in kde-l10n-XX either, like in
http://packages.debian.org/sid/all/kde-l10n-es/filelist

unstable we hereby close the associated bug reports.  We are sorry
