I think these are not the same bugs. One asks for libmp4v2 support to be
enabled, the other one provides patches to fix the build failures if it
were. The later is fixed, while the first one is obviously not.

Let's unmerge them and document here that we can't build mediatomb with
libmp4v2 support enabled due to licensing issues. Tagging as wontfix.
