When launching service dovecot status as a normal user, we get an
error that pid file is unreadable. Other services allow this, useful
for monitoring without using a priviledged account. It would be nice
to have pid file world readable for this kind of use.

As we are in a freeze right now I don't think I will be allowed to change
this but I'll bear it in mind for a future version of the package.
