I read on http://packages.qa.debian.org/f/flashplugin-nonfree.html "The BTS
contains patches fixing 1 bug, consider including or untagging it" (indirectly)
linking to http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=687306 .  Bug
687306 does have a patch, but is currently blocked by bug 685992.  In my
opinion, the PTS should not suggest this for blocked bugs.

for example, http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/pkgreport.cgi?src=munin&include=tags:patch&exclude=tags:pending&pend-exc=done&repeatmerged=no displayed by http://packages.qa.debian.org/m/munin.html is pretty useless, most of
these bugs are fixed a long time already.
