Recently I discovered that Pixelizer from the Shutter editor does not
reliably render the data unreadable.

The reason is that the opacity of the pizelizer object is not at 100%,
so at certain (quite frequent) occasions, you can almost clearly read
the text beneath.

STR:

1.  take a piece of text in
    *   an ordinary Sans-serif font
    *   bold-weight
    *   size about 14
    *   black on white
2.  cover it with Pixelizer object
3.  save the picture
4.  re-open and zoom
  > you can read most of the text "through" the pizelized content

I'm attaching a screenshot with a simple example.  (The picture is taken
from the editor, i.e. before merge to the final PNG, however, the result
after the merge is the same.)
