  I have installed bluez 4.99-2 in wheezy, and DiscoverableTimeout = 0.
But I,m unable to discover the device from my mobile phone.
hciconfig return following result and it shows iscan is not enabled for hci0

 hci0:        Type: BR/EDR     Bus : USB
                 BD Address : 00:1B:10:00:2A:EC  ALC MTU: 1017:8  SCO MTU:
64:0
                  UP RUNNING PSCAN

workaround is to run hciconfig hci0 piscan
