Dear Maintainer,

when i create activity diagram it is impossible to link a note to an activity.
A error message : incorrect use of association appear.
It the same bug like this : https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=118719
To reproduce: 1) Create an activity diagram 2) Create one activity 3) Create a
text note. 4) Select the "Anchor" button and click on the text note.
