Dear PET developers,

can you make PET notice when the version of a package in the archive is
newer than what's in git (i.e., a new version of the package was
uploaded but the developer forgot to push his changes to the
repository).

Packages in this condition could be sorted into the "Missing tags"
category, and although it is not just the tags that are missing, the
title isn't all wrong...
