When starting radicale as a daemon and visiting http://localhost:5232, a
simple web page is returned showing only the text

  "Radicale works!"

It would be great if this would link to the project web page,
<URL: http://radicale.org/ > to make it easier to know where to go to
figure out how to use radicale.

I kinda like the current "bare" entrance page.  Maybe make such
advertisement a configuration option?

In any case, I don't want to maintain a local patch for this feature, so
I suggest that you propose it at the upstream issue tracker
