Hi all,

I just noticed that our infrastructure uses a "Binary-Only" filed (set to "yes") when
uploading binNMUs.  I think that it would be good to document it.

People are very welcome to work on this anytime.  On my side, I will focus on wrapping
up with the currently open issues first.
