It'd be good if vilistextum was in /etc/mailcap.  Other html to text
dumpers are there, eg. html2text or lynx and w3m "-dump".

Possible debian/mime file below to become
/usr/lib/mime/packages/vilistextum by debhelper dh_installmime.

priority=2 is the same as html2text and lynx -dump.  Or w3m dump is
priority=3 if vilistextum is reckoned equal to w3m.
