The upstream sources come with user manual, Bullet_User_Manual.pdf.
Could you put that into the -doc package, please?

Hello Steve,

unfortunately I cannot include Bullet_User_Manual.pdf because upstream
doesn't provide the source for it.  Help is wanted to rewrite everything
in Latex.
