Hi,

unfortunately there are many packages now that has to set on hold due to
different bugs. Unfortunately some of this bugs are long living. But it
is really difficult to know after years what was the cause for setting a
hold. Just unhold it wouldn't help as in the worst case the system is
unbootable afterwards.

It would be helpful to have a way tagging a note to a hold to know
afterwards what reason it was set for.
