#726340 ALSA audio not available with default video player and custom .asoundrc

With no .asoundrc, audio plays on default device.

With,
  pcm.!default "hdmi:CARD=NVidia,DEV=1"
  ctr.!default "hdmi:CARD=NVidia,DEV=1"

which just changes default device to another device, no audio is
played. To reproduce, check any youtube video available with HTML5.

mplayer works correctly.


This *may be* related to #687601 as that bug also appears to be
.asoundrc related.
