Dear xserver maintainer,

I am runing Debian Jessie on my notebook and using fglrx-driver to enable xserver (otherwise it didn't work). During apt upgrade on 13th October this driver has been removed. After rebooting xserver refused to start because unknown "fglrx" module in xorg.conf. So I removed my xorg.conf and executed "Xorg -configure". But that resulted in a segfault.

I have attached Xorg.0.log with backtrace.

Maybe it helps if I tell you that I have reported this bug #699345 before I have installed fglrx driver.

My videocard: AMD/ATI Radeon HD 6480G

Best regards
Christian

Don't use Xorg -configure.

Cheers,
