Dear Maintainer,

Since version 24 the reminder windows always stays in the foreground. To be
exact - before icedove. This makes working with icedove a horror because the
window cannot be minimized and has always to be moved around to reach the
icedove controls.

I think the bug is upstream because running thunderbird 24 on ubuntu 12.04 at
work has exactly the same problem.

now after several new versions of Thunderbird/Icedove can you please
retest with a actual version and give a report about the current state?

If possible, if the behaviour is still present, can you provide a link
to a current entry in the upstream bugtracker bugzilla.mozilla.org?

i confirm the same behavior with Icedove/Iceowl-extension 31.4.0 on debian stable.

I found a bug in bugzilla which sounds like this behavior/bug is a feature:

From my point of view this is a bug. Icedove is partly unusable for writing mails
when there is an open reminder who always stays in the foreground.

that bugreport. But there is nothing what we can really do as it is a
upstream bug.

PS: Please don't answer as full top post quoting, it make it harder to
