on http://packages.qa.debian.org/9/9mount.html both, "Accepted 1.3-8 in
unstable (low)" and "Accepted 1.3-9 in unstable (low)" link to
http://packages.qa.debian.org/9/9mount/news/20131130T000010Z.html

The expected news item for "Accepted 1.3-9 in unstable (low)" doesn't
seem to be present at http://packages.qa.debian.org/9/9mount/news/ which
kinda lowers the chances of getting fixed properly, but I'd then rather
would like to see no link if no file is there than the (at least IMHO)
wrong link.
