The ganglia-modules-linux package includes a module for disk IO stats

Currently, it aggregates the IO stats from all disks on a system and
reports them as a single metric.

It would be useful to provide separate metrics for each disk

The filesystem free space module already provides per-disk reporting and
may provide some clues about how to complete this task.
