When coming back from hibernation (sudo date &&
gnome-screensaver-command --lock && sudo pm-hibernate), bluetooth
keyboard is not active. I have to manually turn off and turn on
bluetooth from "Bluetooth Settings". It should do this automatically
when waking up from suspend or hibernate.

Now I have to use an onscreen keyboard to login from lock screen and
then re enable bluetooth to get keyboard working.

My system has a toshiba_bluetooth device.
