       HISTIGNORE
              A  colon-separated list of patterns used to decide which command
              lines should be saved on the  history  list.   Each  pattern  is
              anchored  at  the  beginning of the line and must ma<standard input>:2282: warning [p 18, 11.0i]: can't break line

              plete line (no implicit  `*'  is  appended).   Each  pattern  is
              tested  against  the line after the checks specified by HISTCON-
              TROL are applied.  In  addition  to  the  normal  shell  pattern

Control: reassign -1 bash

Reassigning to bash, then.  Please do not report bugs about manual pages
in other packages to man-db; the maintainers of the other packages in
question can reassign things to man-db or groff if they think it's the
fault of the formatting toolchain rather than their page.  (I think I've
told you this before.)
