Hi,

Since a few days, sso.debian.org provides a OAuth2 API. The basic
information the OAuth2 API Client gets is the validity of an email
address.

This information could be used for an easier bug subscription interface
via web frontend (maybe additional to the e-o-c one we currently have).

If you use web-based client, the process is not that painful after
setting mailto: handler correctly.
As for actual SSO integration I believe it depends on #277744.
