I use streamripper to record parts of Deutschlandfunk to listen later
(that is the only use of it for me).

Unfortunately, Deutschlandfunk did change the streams to give a 404 if
the port in host header is given and work well if not.

But streamripper always add port in host header even if the port is not
given in URL.

To test this, just try to get
http://www.deutschlandradio.de/streaming/dlf_hq_ogg.m3u via wget or try
to get the stream via streamripper.
