Dear Maintainer,

when creating a vpnc connection with the plasma version, the certificate file path
is prefixed with "file://". When I try to connect to such a VPN, it fails with the
message

NetworkManager[28221]: <warn> error disconnecting VPN: Could not process the request because no VPN connection was active.

sorry about the german part in it, it roughly translates to
'Property >>CA-File<< filepath >>file:///etc ...<< is not absolute or does not exist'

Using nm-connection-editor I can re-enter the CA-File path and use the VPN in KDE, as long
as I don't modify it with plasma-nm.
