Dear Maintainer,

I use cinnamon and after upgrading librsvg from 2.36.4-2, some built-in
icons of my cinnamon dashboard don't display anymore, for example:

/usr/share/cinnamon/applets/windows-quick-list@cinnamon.org/windows-quick-list-symbolic.svg
/usr/share/cinnamon/applets/notifications@cinnamon.org/empty-notif-symbolic.svg
/usr/share/icons/gnome/scalable/status/battery-full-charged-symbolic.svg

They still take the space they should in the task bar, I can still click
on them, but I see the background of my taskbar as if the icons were
completely transparent. Other icons or elements of my cinnamon desktop
seem to work fine. Downgrading to 2.36.4-2 restores my icons.
