Hello,

when printing in Iceweasel or Chromium same dialog appears which makes
me think that this dialog is provided by GTK. The dialog does not
remember page settings even while the browser is runnig.

eg. press C-p, set page size to A4, print to file, press C-p, view page
setup tab - page size returns to US Letter.

cat /etc/papersize
a4

This very same dialog also displays many paper sizes and few paper sizes
to choose from, at random.

Please make printing on Linux
