Dear Maintainer,

I have some old calendars in KOrganizer, so I got an error about bridged resources being unable to be migrated.

In an effort to investigate that, I tried to open the calendar properties following these steps:

1. Right-click on the calendar in the Calendar Manager sidebar within KOrganizer.
2. Click Calendar Properties.
3. It shows an introduction.  Click Next.

It shows a thin empty list of KDE resource plugins.

If it doesn't know which plugins apply, or thinks none do, it should show something more user-friendly, such as "Sorry, we are unable to migrate your calendar".
