I had a local URL:
file:///usr/share/doc/postgresql-doc-9.3/html/bookindex.html
always open as a reference.
It changed when Pg upgraded to version 9.4; so I just modified
my URL, but whatever the manner I shut Iceweasel down (CTRL-Q or
let it be closed when quitting XFCE), the next time I open it
it is the old URL that always comes back.
