Dear Maintainer,

the doc-base file /usr/share/doc-base/fontconfig-devel contains:

  Format: HTML
  Index: /usr/share/doc/libfontconfig1-dev/fontconfig-devel/index.html

but the /usr/share/doc/libfontconfig1-dev/fontconfig-devel/index.html
file is not installed by the package.
