Hey.

Are you sure this is fixed by this upload? I see a package for
gnome-panel, which I guess is the package for GNOME classic.
Having this is in principle nice, but since GNOME classic is no longer
supported, I've had to switch to Cinnamon.

Could you please package *that* applet!? You should be able to find it
at the URL mentioned before, and it should be more or less identical to
gnome-shell-extensions-gpaste (i.e. cinnamon-extensions-gpaste).

Well that seems to be completely unrelated code.

This is the code from the port of the gnome shell extension to cinnamon:

It doesn't seem to be part of the source package, so probably it would
need to become a new one.
Well that's what I did.
That doesn't work, one can only add it once it shows up in the applets
list of the gnome/cinnamon control panel which it does not.

is just a simple executable that relies on gir to launch gpaste UI.

It could be distributed easily.
