Dear Maintainer,

just tested DI-b2 with my packer setup, using a preseed file that states "d-i passwd/root-login boolean false", but the installation halts and prompts for a root password anyway. This works fine with DI-b1.

I'm attaching the complet preseed configuration for reference and let me know if you want me to do any other tests. I'll be glad to do it.

This seems strange.

The only non-translation update to the user-setup package is the
following one:
