Dear Maintainer,

I would like it when users get a message on the desktop when a restart of
Icedove is needed, because of a (security) upgrade of Icedove.

Background: as a sysadmin I use Debian with Gnome on many desktops, the users
do not do the upgrades themself in most cases. Some users do not reboot often.
They get sometimes strange errors after an upgrade. After a restart of Icedove
everything works fine again.
