Dear Maintainer,

my monitor is connected via DisplayPort (LG 27EA83 monitor, NVidia
GTX750Ti card). If the monitor is powered up during BIOS initialization,
everything works fine. If I turn on the monitor only at a later
point, while GRUB is already active, the monitor is not detected.
The system seems to start alright, but I can't see what I am
doing. My previous monitor was attached via VGA, that could be
turned on and off any time I wanted without influencing the
function.

Grub should use a monitor that shows up later, even if it is
attached via DisplayPort. Especially if there is no other monitor
present (PC system).

Thanks for your efforts.
