Hello,

It would be nice if apt-listchanges integrated it's configuration
with debconf regards how it interacts with the user.  This avoids
having 2 places where this must be configured, and avoids confusion
regarding what sort of interactaction will occur when upgrading.

Perhaps this would be as simple as having
a "apt-listchanges/frontend: debconf" value.
(And it would be nice if this was the default
instead of "pager".)
