Testcase:
$ notify-send "title" "some text that is not shown fully"

Expected behaviour:
See the entire notification window on screen, including title

Actual behaviour:
The notification window is cut off, I only see "some text that", and then the screen edge is hit.
See attached screenshot.
All notifications behave like this (for example the one from the package manager about no. of available updates, etc.)

Notifications used to work properly in KDE, it got broken during an 'apt upgrade' sometime in the past two weeks.
I'm not sure if 'plasma-desktop' is the right package, but xwininfo says that the window id of the notification is "plasma-desktop".
