Dear Maintainer,

The fan has not been working under linux properly (it did years ago, with or
without package i'm unsure), the fan goes high then low, high then low,
constantly when the laptop gets hot.

So i found and installed this package.

Using the ik8fan utility manually the fan would be controlled only momentarily,
so i would have to use a while true loop to force it.

I then enabled the service via systemd, started it, the fan whirled up to full
speed and then stopped completely.

So I then stopped the service, and the fan started working correctly!

It's really strange . . .
