Dear Maintainer,

Ido language is not listed as an option in the "Language" field that appears in the
user account configuration window.

Steps to reproduce
------------------

1. Click on your user name at the top-right corner of the screen.
2. Select System Settings --> User Accounts.
3. Select a user from the list.
4. Click on Language --> Other...
5. Look for the language called Ido.

Unexpected behaviour
--------------------

The Ido language is not in the list of languages.


Expected behaviour
------------------

The Ido language should be in the list of languages and I should be
able to select it as the language for the user I'm dealing with.
