Dear Maintainer,

after updating my system using apt-get update, I can no longer enable and disable
wired, wireless and broadband networking via nm-applet as a normal user. I cannot
connect to broadband as normal user. The error message has the following text:
--- snib ---
(32) org.freedesktop.NetworkManager.network-control request failed: not authorized
--- snab ---

I can enable and disable wired, wireless and broadband networking via nm-applet
if I start nm-applet is root and can also connect to broadband then. I have been
able to use nm-applet in the past and want to do that again. Could I configure
NetworkManager so that any request from a user is authorized?
