Hello,

In control file libjpeg-dev Build-Depend is too general. It would be
better to explicitly use libjpeg62-turbo-dev because libjpeg-dev
conflicts with libtiff5-dev and prevents its instalation. In addition we
can then remove the patch use-jpeg-turbo.diff.
