Hi,

switching from synaptic to dselect, I saw that this pkg wasn't
correctly installed (may be for the same reason).
As I did not requested it, I removed it but it first failed when
I tried to uninstall it just because I use a mix of C & fr_FR.UTF-8:

A temporary change to set the whole shebang to fr_FR.UTF-8 fixed
the de-installation.
